Emil,

The first post gave you a few links to natural cures for it.  You may want to check out Kleen-Free as a cure.  In case you went to the first website listed above, they sell a product called Kleen Green which is a knock off of Kleen Free and frankly, in my opinion is inferior to it.

You can also go the topical chemical route that the second poster has mentioned.

Good luck.  The Kleen-Free site has some info under a Scabies tab that might help and you can order it directly from them.

Scabies is a mite infestation.  It can be cured by applying a cream containing permethrin or a solution of lindane.  Both are effective but lindane tends to irritate the skin, is more toxic, and isn't appropriate for young children.
