How to dance like THESE GIRLS?

I am a dedicated ballet dancer! I want to learn more and more every day, and I want to look and be as good as those girls. Yes, i do take classes, I have talked to my teacher about pointe, and I do practice hard. What are some things to keep in mind for...?

1) Holding your turnout

2)Not gripping the barre

3) Being as fluid and technical and good as those girls. They just radiate with grace!

you need strength and balance. flexibilty is very key also.

I think it's mostly a matter of staying in balance. Forget the barre and move with only your body. There's you, the stage you dance on and the sky. Your balance comes from inside you, not from outside (the barre).

As for the fluid movements... dance as if your dance is one whole movement, not a succession of different moves you know. Dance like you walk. When you walk, you put one feet after the other on the ground, but you do it automatically, without thinking: "left foot, right foot". Dance until it becomes automatic as well.

Technique is only a way to achieve perfection. Real perfection is achieved when you don't see the technique anymore.

Those videos are awesome!  I also wonder how I can get better because sometimes I feel like I just stay the same.  However, I think the best thing you can do is just to keep taking regular classes and work on the corrections and advice your teachers give you.  Eventually, everything will come together. :)

Practice a lot! Make sure you practice balance and flexibility, which would be like practicing arabasques and stretching a LOT!
