How to develop fast reflexes?

When I was younger, my reflexes were pretty fast. As I got older-when puberty started to manifest, my reflexes have noticeably slowed and my eyesight got worse. Why did my reflexes slow down? How can I reclaim faster reflexes?

  5. You need to stop doing what you're doing, otherwise you'll go totally blind and hair will start growing on your palms.

    If you're not taking a martial art then you should, that will build your reflexes up.
