YOU don't do anything. If you haven't been able to concieve naturally, and when the doctors decide it's right, you go through IVF, Invitro Fertilization, you get hormone injections to help the body produce a lot of eggs, When they're ripe, these are removed in a procedure at the hospital, sperm is collected from the man, and the best ones are chosen to fertilize the eggs outside of the body. Then the fertilized eggs, the embryos, are then returned to the woman's body hoping that they will implant. Then you cross your fingers.

Its not something YOU do, a doctor would harvest your eggs and then put them with sperm and implant them.
