How to download this video.?

my kodal easyshare dx7630 wont download a video i made for youtube. i plug in the usb cord && nothing pops up && i go to explore && i cant find anything that is connected to the camera. i need step by step instructions on how to download this video. i am a complete novice.! thanks for any help in advance.!
