Ok first use Firefox as browser and then use "Video Downloadhelper"  add-on and there you go now you can easily download any video and audio streaming on internet...

Just FYI here is a link of "Video downloadhelper" just click add to Firefox(of course you should have Firefox first), restart your Firefox and you will have a small icon near your web address bar with three small circles and whenever there is a video streaming on your page it will glow just right click and download as you would normally..
