  2. Those pictures are edited by photoshop.

There are other editors like photoshop which you can download for free:

    http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.h...

OR check another site where you can upload pictures and edit it. You don't have to download it.

    http://www.blibs.com/animation-factory/

  3. You Have to create and account first in photobucket.com Then you can edit your pics now...Hope i can help you.

  4. You can download PhotoFiltre for free:

    http://photofiltre.free.fr/

    Selective Coloring with PhotoFiltre:

    -File>Open

    -Selection>Set Shape>Lasso

-Use the Lasso Tool to select the area you want to keep colored

by drawing around it. Zoom in on area when doing this.

    -Selection>Invert

-Adjust>Hue/Saturation  Move the saturation slider all the way to the left to -100%.

This will make the rest of the picture black & white....leaving the area you selected with

    the lasso tool in color.

    -Section>Hide Selection.

-If you need to touch up the edges of the colored area to blend in with the B&W

use the Smudge Tool on the "precise" setting...keep opacity low, around 10-20.

    When done click File>Save As

  5. try aperture from apple

    but is not free.

  6. You can do it with MS Paint if you'd like.

Drag a color version of the photo you want onto the canvas, and then put a black & White one down below it somewhere.

In the color one, erase everything in the picture you'd like to be black and white, the drag what's left over the black & white one.

    Ta-da!
