1.Open a picture on Photoshop.

2.On the top of the window Click on "Image", then on "Adjustments" and then on "Hue/Saturation". Set saturation to -100. In this way the whole picture will turn into Black and White.

3. Click on History too. Use it where you want the color to stand out.
