How to find someone internationally?

Question

I am looking for someone who lives overseas (Germany) to be specific. I know how to find someone living in the states without any problems, but I can not find websites equivalent to say; zabasearch, melissadata, etc. for foreign countries and specifically Germany. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

Well, if that person has a landline phone number you might be able to find him/her  in das-oertliche.de (it's a telephone directory). Otherwise it's pretty hard to find out where someone is located. This website gives you phone number and most of the time also the address.
