  1. There is no reliable way to revive an aged or abused battery. Age can be either by time or by use. If your battery is only lasting a year, this would imply that your ski has an electrical problem, you are either using it a great deal, meaning charge/discharge cycles, or you are not storing it well when the ski is not being used. To store a battery well, remove it from the watercraft, clean the exterior, charge it and keep it in a cool, dry place until its next use.

  2. Buy a battery maintainer to keep the battery charged over the off season. It will charge the battery at 1.5 to 2 amps to keep it alive. Do not try to rejuvenate a bad battery. It may work for a while only to c**p out on you at the worst possible time.

  3. yes but it's cheaper and safer just too replace it every year

  4. Most batteries have a warranty and should last longer than a year. You need to keep the battery charged and when not in use store in dry area on not on the floor or ground and put away fully charged.
