  1. draw them on with an eyebrow pencil...then when they grow in wait for them to be long hairs and then wax them by a professional.when u pluck pluck stray hairs. don't try to shape your brow by plucking because things like that will happen

  2. make sure u leave them alone, and wash them when u wash ur face. when u wash them, rub them right and left because this can stimulate faster growth. use an eyebrow pencil or shadow, or get a very cheap brow box from nyc. im not sure of the price, but i think it's $4 or under. good luck. and next time, don't let ur sister pluck ur brows!

  3. You can either use an eyebrow pencil or a brush with eyebrow powder. I prefer cover girl brow & eye makers as far as pencils go, they aren't hard or too bright like the other brands. I would suggest soft brown for anyone with light brown to black hair. Maybe even dirty blond hair if you have light brown eyebrows. You should practice filling in your eyebrows a few times before wearing it out just to make sure it looks okay, and do NOT over apply the pencil by pressing too hard are putting on too much! Another method is to fill it in using either eyeshadow or eyebrow powder with an angled brush. This girl has a really good video on doing it:

Again, you will want to use a soft brown color not a dark brown or black even if you have dark brown or black eyebrows. The lighter color will make it look much more natural.

  4. I would let them grow back in. But you can always buy an eyebrow shadow or pencil to fill them in.
