I run 6 days a week,

i do sit-ups/crunches.

so i don't know why i still have rolls when i sit down.

  1. Your going to have rolls no matter what you do. Everybody has rolls because everybody has skin. Don't feel bad about it and don't think your fat. everybody is fine just the way they are. :)

    Try sitting up staight.

  3. if you have skin, you have rolls. Sorry. If you physically look good then be content with that. You know you work out and that's what matters.

    Also, it takes time to loose weight. Don't do it for a week and expect it to be gone.

  5. i dont know what exercises help, but some good foods to flatten your stomach are almonds, olive oil, and pretty much all nuts and seeds with lots of filling protein.

  6. Try interval training...reverse crunches and mix up your work outs instead of just running.

  7. sit ups and crunches push your stomach out

    you need to make sure that you do the sit ups correctly

    next time try sucking in your stomach and only lifting your shoulders off the ground

    this should get rid of it
