Okay, so I want to shape up, in my butt area in particular, and all I really have to exercise with is a stairmaster. (one of the old versions where you don't control the levels) I was thinking of getting on it for 30 minutes everyday after school, and I wanted to know if this would be enough to shape up within about a month, or if you know any better exercises. (:
and if you do, tell me if they've worked for you and how many reps/how long you did the exercise for.
