How to get over rape?

I was raped a year ago and it still haunts me. How do I get over it?

i was raped 4 years ago, and its not something you get over its something you learn to deal with, and learn to control, it creeps up on me when i dont want it to, when someone  just touches me a way or a smell, its not easy trust me, but you will learn in time to let it go .  

I wish you the best in all that you do.  and i wish that you  well beable to learn to handle this rape  in time, i still to this day have a hard time dealing with things and do the best that i can do do what i can  to contol it. and i with the the best for you also.
