How to get pregnant??? help please!?

Question

my husband and I are trying to get pregnant and still hasnt happend for us I am worried that the sperm isnt making it to my cervix because it seems to spill out of me when we are done. and it seems like he can only get there when Im on top of him.... what can i do?

The best part is the making the baby.  Get in there and keep pounding on it.

well just keep trying the same thing happened to me when me and my husband first tried to have a baby. But if you say it only stays in when you are on top so then just try to be on top and see where that takes you. I hope i was of some help. and good luck

Thr sperm is not being prevented from going in your cervix just because you are on top and just because some s***n is leaking out. There is plenty still up in there!

You can lie flat for an hour or two after s*x to try to make the position more favorable and have less seepage.

But be patient. Even under perfect conditions and timed perfectly with ovulation, a woman only has about a 20% chance of getting pregnant in a given month. You are not considered to be having fertility issues unless you have been trying unsuccessfully for more than 1-2 years.

How long have you been trying?  If it's been less that 9-12 months, you are well within the normal range for trying. It can take a while to get pregnant, even if everything is perfect.

While 'woman on top' isn't the ideal position for conception, there is no reason that you should be unable to get pregnant that way.  Yes, some s***n will spill out, but that will happen whatever position you are in, and plenty of sperm make it into the cervical mucus.

i dont hink the position has anythingto do with it . all my baby were conceived with me on top . but keep trying or go see a doc just to rule out health issues . like any infertilty on both sides . if everything is right keep trying . it will come and make sure you do it on the right times . if it makes you feel more reassured dont get up after he comes so you will keep it inside.

try missionary style...I dont think on top works for some reason...this may not help out a whole lot, but just a pointer.

Heya, i was in the same boat as you.me and my husband were trying for 8 months before i fell. try not to get wound up about it, as stress can prevent you from getting pregnant... i know how frustrating it is.it seems like forever, my son is now 15 months, and were currently trying again, and have been for 3 months. i will say thou, a good way to make sure you dont leak, which is what we did, is, preferably have s*x just before your intending to go 2 sleep, then after s*x (make sure he's on top as he does it, as it goes deeper) stay lying on your back, and grab a towel in between your legs and keep it there. try not to get up afterwards, so go 2 sleep with the towel there hold your legs together, i used to find a pillow under you bum helped the towel stay while i was asleep,and in the morning, nothing should leak out! let me know how you get on, and best of luck!! It is normal for the *** to come out. Try other positions... I know i got pregnant "doggie style"  just keep trying.

Keep trying it takes more then a few tries to get pregnant or have it implanted by a doctor to help you get pregnant.
