How to get rid of tics?

my dog is about 4-5 months old black labrador puuppy. He has lots of tics, by hand picking only i have removed more than 50 tics. Still he has rashes, itching and so many trics. Please suggest me a good remedy to make my pup free from tics

i have a dog and he always gets fleas and tics and the best way to get red of them is to use something called 'frontline' you can get it from the vets its about £20 but it is worth it

Sometimes it is becuase of the enviroment.  When I lived in a house with a yard that had a lot of grasses, somehow, the flea and tick problem on my 4 toy dogs had been going on and on until I moved into a condo with only a small patio without yard or grasses, no more flea and ticks were found on their bodies.  

The groomer said it might also because some cats came to our yard that left the flea or flea eggs on our grasses.  

Anyway, for sure, you have to shampoo your dog with flea and tick medication shampoo each time, but don't use the kind of neck ring for getting rid of flea and ticks which is bad to his lung and other organs.
