How to get this girls hair?

What would i ask for at the hair dressers? I can't print the picture off see,my printer hates me :l

Also i kinda used this girl as an example and idk if she'd mind,so maybe answer hers to so she doesn't get mad at me lol.

chop it up & straighten it!

go to your friend's house and print it off. It's much easier to show the picture than explaining the style to your hair stylist.

Without a printer to print the pic so you could take it to a stylist and say this is the look I’m going for, it is going to be difficult.
