hi im doing about 50 here how im doing these.i get to about 27 and have to hold for like 2-3 sec and carry on to about 34 hold again for 2/3 sec.and carry on to 40 after 40 i can only manage like 3/4 and have to take 3 sec hold again up to about 50 max. im been doing this for 1 month and not improving.if this is confusing just let us know that u cant really understand.i do this every day after breakfast,and before im going to bed.but the same results each day
