  1. use refresh plus eye drop and drink lots of water.

  2. If it's persistent you may have something called Dry Eye Syndrome, so you might want to check it out with an eye doctor.

    See if eye drops work.

    Here's more about it:

  3. You need some eye drops called Vital Eyes Brightner Thease over the counter eye drops are the best!. Only $6 Or £3 There are 2 One for contacts And one for non contacts!. :)

  4. I use OPTIVE and over the counter eye drop that is approved for use with contacts or without. It is amazing. I also take falx seed oil daily and this makes a big difference in my tear layer. If you sellp with a fan in your room, turn it away from your face so that it does not blow directly on you. This can make it worse at night! Drink your normal 8 glasses of water and day and if you are allergy prone you might want to try Zaditor drops first think in the morning and right before you go to bed at night. You can use the Optive in conjunction with it, you just have to wait 10 minutes between them.
