that is done usually after the concrete operations finish,but in different case u have to evacuate Ur pool first from water,then to Lin it or erect a rubber mats or usin fair surface concrete by the instructions direct of structural engineer,

OMG this is so freaky!! I just did that yesterday!!

First leave the new liner in the sun to warm it up. it will be MUCH easier to work with.

Okay so you are going to need at least 8 people. Strong people. Take out the old liner but not around the rim. Leave about a foot and a half around the rim. There should be sand on the bottom. If there isn't (which is highly unlikely) then put sand in the bottom. Rake the sand so it is even all around.  Then unfold the new liner and get out all the wrinkles. Get in the pool and stretch the liner out. There will be a seem that marks where the corner is. Put the seem right where the bottom of the pool meets the side of the pool. Take the old liner away from the rim. Clip the new one in and put some water in the bottom. Just about 6 inches of water. Smooth out all the wrinkles. not all of the wrinkles will come out. They are just unavoidable. Fill it up more water and then clip it in all the way.

I know it sound complicated but thats just because it is  complicated. If it's to hard, talk to the company you bought the liner from and they can have people install it for you. That will be sort of expensive.
