Call a handicap accessory installer like GM Mobility program or custom van manufacturers. Year, make and model? I had swivel bucket seats on a 75 Monte Carlo that just bolt to the floorpan like a regular seat...the swivel mechanism was part of the seat bottom and bolted to the adjusters.
