if i eat a good diet and excersise can i lose 25 pounds in 2 1/2 monthsheres my dietbreakfast-light yogurt and fruit or cherrios lunch- turkey rolled up with fruit or peanut butter on whole wheat bread with fruitdinner-a slice of meat and 2 vegtablesdessert- fruit salad or tea and 100 cal cookiesexcersise- bike 8 miles a day and hip hop abs 2 times a week
