How to lose Stomach Fat?

Ok I'm 15, 5'11, 140lb, male

I have been working my abs like crazy, but i cannot see the results because i have quite a bit of fat on my stomach and sides.

how can i lose it?

answers like diets, excercise, etc are appreciated, but what would be more appreciated would be telling me in depth of what foods i should eat or what excercise to do or whatever.

  1. cardio-vascular

    meaning running, or jogging.

    not just sit ups or crunches.

    try going on a jog/run for an hour a few times a week.
