fat on my lower stomach. okay i have just a little bit of fat on my lower stomach that i hate!!!!! i got rid of the top fat by doing sit ups so i have been still doing those with the rest of my work out routine, but its still there what can i do to get rid off it please help thanks!!! =]

It's good that you have been doing exercises, but the reason you probably haven't seen a complete result, is because you need to combine exercising with a diet program that will force your metabolism to be boosted so your body will burn fat faster and not muscle as you combine dieting with exercising.
