  1. Other than physical appearance weight affects a person in many ways. This could be the overall quality of life, self-esteem, depression, health risks, and physical incapabilities. There are a lot of positive changes once a person experience weight loss. It is for this reason why a lot of people are searching for a weight loss technique that will surely trim down those fats and get a super slim head turner body.

The first thing that an over-weight should do is seek a doctor to recommend the best weight loss regimen. This will be done after a full physical examination, which leads to the determination of proper weight loss technique. And to lose weight fast and effectively four aspects of life should be changed: what to eat, how to eat, behavior and activity level.

Here are fast tips that can change an over-weight's life:

First: Fast weight loss composes of a multi-faceted technique that consists mindset, exercise, and in other cases, diet supplements. Begin by learning a diet food plan that can easily be accustomed with. Incorporate an exercise plan that allows even at least fifteen minutes a day like brisk walking, running, swimming, and dancing.

Second: Set realistic approaches. The ability to focus and have proper mindset enables someone on a diet to quickly lose those extra pounds. With discipline and proper mind set, a dieter will never be discouraged and lose focus.

Third: Listen as the body speaks. Each and everyone's body metabolism reacts differently to different fast weight loss programs and plans. Try substituting one program for another to compensate the body's reaction. Exercise program must be suitable to one's body, as others are not able to exercise as rigorously as others can. If walking is all that can be done, then walk for this is proven the best exercise. Muscles burn more calories than fats so it's also best to put on a little muscle and looking good too.

Fourth: Eat more fibers for it makes a person full sooner and stays in the tummy longer, slowing down the rate of digestion. A single serving of whole grain bread moves fat through the digestive system faster. Grains turn into blood sugar that spikes the body's insulin level. Thus, making the body more energized and ready to tell the body when it should stop burning fats or start storing.

Fifth: Keep away from fried foods especially deep-fried as this contains a great amount of fat. Although fish and chicken appear leaner than beef, this white meat can contain more fat than when a beef is fried. It is recommended for those on strict diet to opt for grilled food as this does not have or contain less amount of fat after the food is cooked.

Sixth: Takes lots of fluid. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated.

All in all, discipline and consistency is still the best practice and the key to a rapid weight loss success. Light dieting, workout, and right amount of supplementation applied in a regular way everyday will result in faster weight loss than having a massive action only to be followed a return to old habits as this would only lead to gaining more weight than when the weight loss plan has started.

  2. you could run

  3. the best way to know if you are overweight is by finding out your body-mass index. google 'BMI calculator'. if you are overweight, the best way is to eat healthy foods and exercise. though if your metabolism is slow, it just means you're big genetically, which there is nothing wrong with. you can still be healthy and big. however, consider, a wrapped snack  cake will have about as much fat as a meal for 5, of lean meat, steamed vegetables, fruits, and healthy snacks like fat-free yogurt and fat-free chocolate pudding. so just pay attention to how you live, and how your body is made up, and adjust your lifestyle accordingly. and everyone they say should exercise 30 minutes a day. i like bike riding.

as far as calories go, most of your calories come from fat. so eat healthy, and watch the pounds dissolve, or at least feel better, if you've a 'big' body type. just NEVER sacrifice health and nutrition for trying to look good.

  4. try adding a little bit more physical activity into your daily schedule (take the stairs instead of elevator, walk/bike to school/work, take a jog around the block, etc.)

  7. I found this on this website. There are more tips and info.

    1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure.

    2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program.

    3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily.

    4. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week

    5. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds

    6. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks

    7. Don't compare your loss to someone else's - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)

    8. Stalls are common around the third week so don't panic

    9. If you follow your plan to the T and don't lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food

    10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison

    11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that you're doing low carb and when you started

    12. Don't blame the diet if you don't read your plan book -- blame the diet if you don't read the labels -- Don't blame the diet if you don't follow the diet

  9. Easy ;)

find the time to jog for like 10-30mins.

and try sit ups and waist rotation.

also crunches like maybe 10 times a day.

and try, getting on your back, lift your legs in the air like straight into the air, and then move your legs up and down like a sit up.

if you get better at that, bend your knee's when you bring your legs down and turn them left, then go up and then bringing them down turn them right.

you'll lose weight faster if you do rotations.

also try weight lifting. not to much to be buff but enough for muscle to eat away the unwanted weight.

Muscles eat fat, also sleeping will let your body consume it while you sleep to help you grow.

  10. Water is an important part of any weight loss plan. Water not only helps to flush out any excess water the body may be carrying around, but also helps to keep hunger at bay. If the taste of water isn't palatable, try adding ice and lemon to give it some flavor.

Soda and other sugary drinks have no nutritional value whatsoever, are full of both sugar and calories, and have been linked to obesity. Studies also show that diet soda actually causes weight gain, so it's best to get rid of both regular and diet sodas. Switching to water, low-fat milk, green tea, oolong tea, homemade lemonade or seltzer water can cut hundreds of calories a day from the diet.

Finally, the most important thing to remember about weight loss is that it really is as simple as burning more calories than the body is taking in. Regular exercise and eating healthy meals and snacks is the simplest way to lose weight.

  11. eat less food excercise more very simple

  12. exercise

  13. Unless you're 3 foot-nothing, you shouldn't be worried.  Despite the stereotype, lots of men like a woman with at least SOME curves.  If that isn't the case and you just want to weigh less and you insist on losing weight still, here's what Germans do.  Instead of eating 3 whole meals a day, spread out your daily nutrition to smaller portions, but more frequently.  After 4 hours of not eating, your body goes into "survival mode."  This is where your metabolism slows down and muscle tissues begin to deteriorate.  This is usually where people feel very hungry, so they eat, but the body doesn't just jump back into gear to pump the nutrients through your body.  So your metabolism stays slow and your body absorbs more of the "bad stuff."  I recommend eating 6 very small meals a day.  example:  bowl of cereal and toast in the morning, piece or two of fruit before noon, small salad or protein shake at lunch, veggie or two before dinner, small bowl of pasta for dinner, fruit or veggie for after dinner snack.  You can get a bag of carrots for less than a dollar and a bag of apples or other fruit for about the same.  Pasta isn't usually expensive unless you go for the great stuff.  Cereal will probably cost you the most.  pair this up with daily exercise and if you haven't lost weight, your body just isn't meant to be that d**n little.

  14. There are many different ways to lose weight faster and easier. One of which the easiest, fastest, and safest is self-induced vomiting. There are many skeptics that will argue to the contrary, but mother nature designed us with many different openings (the mouth can be in this case used as an enzyme to the digestive process).

Defensive vomiting can also refer to a tactic used by some animals. In the presence of a threat, they vomit towards the threat, thus possibly distracting a predator and perhaps obscuring their scent.

  15. 120 lbs and overweight? how old are you?

just avoid the fast food and do cardio exercise like running long distance, swimming, or biking.

it takes time and persistance but it pays off over time.
