ok so yeah im gonna b 14 and i weigh around 120-123lbs and 5'3-5'4i have a rather tiny weist but my thighs and my buttare my problem area. my sister told me i had a wide butt :/but neways i am VERY active. i play basketball year roundcross countryvolleyballand track.basketball and cross country are cuming up in a week and i wuld really like to lose weight (which i usually do in the fall)but my problem is, is that i dont lose as much as i want to.i wuld really like to be down to 108lbs kinda like vanessa hudgens.but ill prob only get down to 112 but that is okay!i eat pretty normaly except imma sucker for ice cream and baked goods!can nebody plz tell me how i can lose weight effectively!btw plz dont tell me that vanessa hudgens is a s***k cuz yo prob just jealous. thnx bunches!:)
