Question:

How to lose weight effectively.?

ok so yeah

im gonna b 14 and i weigh around 120-123lbs and 5'3-5'4

i have a rather tiny weist but my thighs and my butt

are my problem area. my sister told me i had a wide butt :/

but neways i am VERY active.

i play basketball year round

cross country

volleyball

and track.

basketball and cross country are cuming up in a week and i wuld really like to lose weight (which i usually do in the fall)

but my problem is, is that i dont lose as much as i want to.

i wuld really like to be down to 108lbs kinda like vanessa hudgens.

but ill prob only get down to 112 but that is okay!

i eat pretty normaly except imma sucker for ice cream and baked goods!

can nebody plz tell me how i can lose weight effectively!

btw plz dont tell me that vanessa hudgens is a s***k cuz yo prob just jealous.

  2. it great that you do play games,thats nice since they are very fun form of cardiovascular training but tone your body as well by doing some pilates or yoga daily...limit your ice cream and baked goods intake...eat more fruits instead and drink lots of water...your weight will come down

  3. Your current weight is actually a healthy range for you. The reason that you loose a little weight but not as much as you say you would like to is because you body doesn't need to shed anymore weight so it doesn't.

    I'm sure you are thin and you have muscular quads and thighs.. that is to be expected if you are in sports. Vanessa hudgens looks the way she does because that is how her body is built and she has personal trainers to help her stay that way. She also isn't playing track volleyball cross country and basketball... look at some basketball chicks.. they are pry built similar to her.. ya dig?

  4. You don't really need to lose any weight. Just eat healthy and continue being active. It's more likely your muscles that add to the weight than fat.
