How can I lose about 15 pounds until September 27th?

Any ideas are welcome.

I do cheerleading 3 times a week for 2 and 1/2 hours.Do you think that's enough excersive or not?

  3. 2 and a half hours of cheerleading daily is a GOOD way to lose weight. I started working out 11 hours a week, and lost a pant size in the first week! [I use the Airclimber with the easy diet.]

    Cut out processed food and keep up ur exercise. you'll lose weight wuickly.

  5. If you could do some extra jogging on the side of cheer then you really should because jogging is spectacular for weight loss. Also, if you can, say no to fast food! I've just realized how much extra weight fast food gives you since I cut it out of my diet.

  6. There really are no short cuts in weight loss. Don't believe in those weight loss pills and stuff, as much as you want too. Just exercise and don't over eat. It's actually pretty simple. I think your exercise plan is enough.
