Im 16, 5'7 and about 200 lbs.

-I quit football becuz i wanted to lose weight and we just kept in shape their. But it backfired and i gained 10-15 lbs.

I wanna get down to maybe 160 or so if possible before next summer. [Junior year just started]. And maybe faster if possible.

I have an ab lounge, and resistance weight bench thing.

    Im not gonna give you some B.S. Answer

    so im gonna tell you exactly what i did

    that made me loose about 15lbs for football season

    and you can do it to with this routine

    My Simple Routine:

    do it for a bout 2 weeks

    when your take the Acai Berry Diet Pill

    go out for runs start short and build up

    do about 200 sit-up and crunches/day

    and do a lot of abdominal exercises

    do a few routines in the weight room or gym

    and now my stomach is flat and have a nice 6 pack
