How to make a Micronation?

Okay so me and my mate are planning on making a Micronation, we are both 15 but hope for our ideas to develop and our nation to be respected among the Micronation community but we don't want it to be to complicated, we don't want to buy land because that would be difficult at our age but we heard that you can make a website and classify that as a nation is that true and if so how could we go about making our Micronation? We want to have our own currency and passports as well, we ain't having a laugh we want to be rulers of a country, an Anarchic Micronation ruled by a Facist/Communist East west divided Constitutional Monachy. It may sound mad but it has been one of our many ambitions since being very young so any help would be good, thanks!

You might do this if you can find a piece of land that has just recently bobbed up out of the ocean, but wherever your body is you're a subject to that nation's laws.  Some of our oceans are now being controlled by the nearest land governments so this may not even help you.  Your best bet is to accept Jesus as your Savior and you can rule and reign with Him, because He is returning soon.

You nutter, you can't be serious... There really isn't a quick, easy way to becoming recognized as a micronation, but if you've got ideas radical enough, you just might pull it off.
