  1. I've got the best recipe of all (easy,fast,tasty)

    Ingredients:

    1 Banana

    4-6 oz Milk

    1 tsp Vanilla

    Ice cubes

    Preparation:

    Slice the banana right into Tribest's large blender cup (450 ml)

    Add vanilla

    Add 3 to 4 ice cubes (smaller ice cubes are better)

    Add low fat milk to about 1" from the top to allow room for expansion and blending.

    Attach the Blending Blade Assembly

    Place on the Personal Blender and blend for about 35 - 45 seconds

    Take off blender, remove Blade Assembly, add a straw and enjoy....

    One exciting thing about this recipe is that it takes only 03 minutes to prepare..............

    1 cup milk

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1 egg

    2 tablespoons white sugar

    1 pinch ground cinnamon

    In a blender, combine banana, milk, vanilla, egg and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and top with a pinch of cinnamon.

  3. When I make a smoothie, I usually use 2 chopped up bananas and use a blender to blend them in with a glass of milk. I also add some plain vanilla yoghurt because it really brings out the flavour in them! Have fun :)

  4. this works to make ANY flavor smooth

    2-3 bananas

    2 cups of ice

    1 can of nectar(any flavor you want the smoothie to taste like)

    1 piece of fruit accompanying the flavor of the nectar

    Blend all together to make a delicious smoothie, add more or less ice to change the consistency

                 1 cup of shredded banana(peeled)

                  1/2 cup of sugar brown/white

                 2 cups of ice,crushed

                 1 and 1/2 cup of milk(not powdered)

                 3 teaspoons of cocoa

                  1 cup of water

                  items needed:

                    blender

                    teaspoon

                procedure:

                    1)mix banana,milk and sugar in the blender.blend until smooth.

                    2)pour half cup of water in the blender.

                    3)in a bowl,mix the cocoa and a teaspoon of water.

                    4)if it is smooth enough,pour the smoothie in a tall glass

                     5)after mixing the cocoa and the water,pour it in the top of the smoothie to make it as the thin chocolate icing.

    Ingredients

        * 2 cups skim milk or low-fat milk

        * 2 medium bananas, coarsely chopped

        * 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt

        * 1 tablespoon honey

        * 1 tablespoon wheat germ

        * 1/4 cup sunflower seed

        * 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    Directions

          1      Blend or process the ingredients until smooth.



          2      Note: Use frozen bananas - or add ice cubes to the blender - for a thicker smoothie. I'm reluctant to add ice cubes to my blender, and if the smoothie is not all being drunk at the time you make it, I'd advise against the ice blocks, because naturally they'll just make what's drunk later more watery! Add any other fruit, as takes your fancy!
