I am currently in an editing magazines class and can tell you how we're doing it. First, you need to get Adobe creator which is a publishing software. Then get all the stories/pictures on the computer and format them with this program. When you've got the layout down, burn it to a cd and contact a company which will print your magazine for you. Basically you give them the cd, tell them how many copies, they will give you a price, and you should be good to go. As for what to include, have funny anecdotes written by the students, some fashion tips, pictures are a must,and poetry or short stories too. Good luck.
