How to make my cistomers happy?

I don't know how to make a cistomer happy or unhappy because I don't know what a cistomer is. Also where is your restaurant ? What kind of restaurant do you have ? What do cistomers eat ?

1) If you don't use tablecloths, make sure the tables are not sticky.

2) If you use tablecloths, make sure they don't have stains on them.

3) Tell your waiters/waitresses not to return to ask "How is everything?" If there is a problem, customers won't wait to be asked. And sometimes when a customer has food in the mouth, it is uncomfortable trying to answer cheerfully.

4) Food brought to a table should be covered.

5) Waiters/waitresses should not talk while they have customer's food in their hands.

6) If waiters/waitresses have long hair, the hair should be covered.

7) Your whole establishment should be no-smoking.

8) Have clean and spacious toilets.
