How to make my mood better?

I am in the WORST mood possible!

i feel like i could kill someone right now! between the dumb questions on yahoo answers i have been seeing and my sister and the kids she babysits.

OMF! i need a way to make it better!

help!?

  1. Go exercise.  Hop on a bike, take a jog, go do cartwheels through the lawn...whatever.

    You'll release that pent-up stress and increase your endorphins (= your body's natural high).


  2. Well read a book and do some exercise do something that occupies you a lot.

  3. Go jogging with your Great Dane.

    Or throw something really hard and let your Great Dane go fetch it.

  4. Scream into a pillow and then eat some chocolate.

  5. Sit back, smoke a big fatty, and blast some tunes!

  6. Give it time. You'll feel better. Concentrate on breathing.

    Just hang in there.

    Try watching something funny. Initially u wont feel it's helping but after a while, you will get back into ur groove.

    Also, try not to complain so much. Look for ur blessings, for things u take for granted, for things that make u smile, to see the silver lining on eevry cloud. Change ur perspective. If u feel dissatisfied about something or the other, the -ve mood will keep coming back. -ve mindset gives -ve moods. Think positive. Think well of others. Think well of life..develop compassion n empathy.

      

  7. Try a big bowl of dog food and a good lap from the toilet.

  9. Change your thinking. Your thoughts control your moods.  Don't let the thoughts control you. Force yourself to think about something you find pleasing or happy, or something you anticipate doing in the future that you are looking forward to.

    Or, watch a favorite movie.

  12. There's different ways to improve ones mood, humour for one is my favourite, look up some comedy on youtube or switch on the TV and see if something funny is on ^.^

    Hobby's / Sports, anything like distractions are great, if your in a bad mood distractioning yourself can really improve the attention you put into a hobby making you much better at it.

    If you live in the country a walk always clears the mind, I don't believe in the sporty brisk walking, I'm talking about a casual walk through a nice country side.

    A bath / shower, nothing like it, nuff said =P

    Stress ball if these don't work out, but I'd go back to the jokes - laugh that frustration away.

  13. ok u have mad moods just get a toy ball the u can squash and u can squash the ball   when u get mad at some thing hope it helps

  14. What makes you happy, no matter what? For me its singing, eating sushi or watching 'Still Standing' or 'Golden Girls' on Lifetime. If you can't do whatever it is that makes you happy, close your eyes for a few moments, take a few deep breaths and just zone out for a minute. Think about something random and goofy like a bear on a unicycle, something that will either distract you or make you smile. Good luck!
