  1. I'm giving you a recipe for Paneer Makhani, which is one of my favourites. It's got a rich tomato based sauce.

    Ingredients :



    Paneer          Around 15 cubed pieces (defrosted).

    Onion                1

    Tomato               2 chopped

    Ginger               1' inch piece finely chopped.

    Garlic               optional

    Salt                 Acc to taste

    Chilli powder        2 Tsp.

    Cumin powder         1 Tsp.

    Coriander powder     2 Tsp.

    Hot Chili Powder  1 Tsp (or to taste)

    Sugar                1/2 Tsp.

    Butter               1 Tbsp.

    Cilantro leaves      for Garnishing.      

    White Sauce

    Butter 2 Tsp.

    All Purpose Flour 2 Tsp.

    Milk 1 Cup

    Heat the butter in a pan as it melts add the flour

    & stir to combine. Pour in the milk & keep stirring.



    Make sure there are no lumps in the sauce.

    Cool in a bowl & set aside.



    Method :

    If using Paneer , deep fry & set aside.

    If using Tofu - Select a firm Tofu, thaw & cube them.

    Frying them is optional . I usually use as it is.

    Grind Onion,ginger,garlic & all the powders to a paste.

    Heat the pan with butter,add tomatoes & cook.

    Mix in the Onion paste & cook till butter floats on top.

    Add the white Sauce & combine to cook for a couple of minutes.

    Add the Paneer/tofu , garnish with Cilantro leaves & serve.


  2. if you are a south Indian girl, make it the same way you would make the masala for dosa, just replace potato with Paneer, or even better mash the paneer in the same ingredients, or make curry and slip in cubes of paneer, or if you have an idea how egg omelet is made, have paneer mashed finely and cook in karahi simple, i have seen my neighbor doing it
