How to make: portfolio?

i really want to apply to this university , and i need a portofolio.

how do you make a design/art portofolio?

basically you need fill a stetch book full of different pieces of art work (made by you) showing you can do all the tecniques. for example, at school i had to practice making a portfolio + i put examples of batik + mola etc, then did a final banner which doesn't go in the book but goes along with the portfolio, kind of like a final piece. research different artists + show you are orignial + have lots of ideas! hope this helps + good luck x

collect all the samples of your work. remove the not-so-good ones. buy a good portfolio from a stationary. or you can even  scan them and put them together in powerpoint or pdf format. you can even add some comments or wacky captions.  if you like. the college will be looking for colour sense, originality etc.
