How to make washable paint permanent?

i want to make some washable paint permnent.... HOW DO I DO IT?

if you drew and awesome pic and dont want to lose it you could use this clear acrlyc that you spray over it and when it drys it will be like  a glass protection over the drawing nothing will penetrate it except special chemicals.

Hardware store even art store clear gloss acrylic or something.

You haven't said what kind of washable paint or where it's been applied, so I'm flying blind, here. Spray over it with Krylon or other clear fixative. Follow the directions on the can.
