How to post a golf bag?

This question is for anybody who has bought or sold a golf bag on ebay

How do you package up a golf bag?

In a huge box or just how it is?

answers will me much appreciated

I have sent numerous bags to South Australia (im in Australia).. I have wrapped the bag in a Wheelie Bin Bag... These bags are black (Cant see thru them), they are long enuf to fit over the bag, then grab some tape and wrap it over it securing any portion of the bag that may not be shut... You can get a large box if you wish, but you end up paying for sent air (unused space in box)

A box is best to avoid the bag getting scuffed, scratched etc.  Stop by the local golf shop and ask if they have a used one they are discarding, or just check out the dumpster in the alley behind the store and help yourself.  They have no use for them once the new merchandise has been unpacked.

I just bought a golf bag online and it got shipped in a cardboard box just big enough for the bag.  You should be able to get a box big enough at a UPS or possibly U-Haul.  Anywhere that sells moving supplies really.  Good luck!!!

go to ***** sporting goods and just ask them for golf bad box, well that what i did

I went into my local golf store (It was Direct Golf @ Walsall) and asked if they had a spare box to put a golf bag into, I simply explained that I was putting my dads golf stuff into storage and they were happy to oblige, mind you I also brought a wedge for £80 so that may have swayed the decision!!
