I need to learn how to pre load and need help taking corners better and good ways to pass ppl and starts

  1. For starters you only need to preload a jump if you require more distance, usually in Supercross for jumps that are straight out of corners.  You weight the bike prior to the bike leaving the up ramp.  

    With corners take your time coming into the corner off the seat and sit down after the last braking bump, simultaneously putting your leg forward and rolling the power back on which drives the bike around the corner.  

    Make sure you don't come into the corner on the same line as the other rider and exit on a different line as you cannot develop the speed to pass.

    Starts depend upon whether it is concrete or dirt and really just takes a lot of practice.
