ok I'm 50kg, 23yrs old, have a son got no stretch marks at all!! I'm 5 foot 6, and would like to be 55kg, i try and eat food high in fat i don't exercise that much, is there a way to slow your motaslisum?

  1. well one thing to do is eat a large amount of food right before you go to sleep.  Also no exercise and stuff like that. It takes some time though like anything else.

    I really wouldn't recommend it though because it can be hard to get your metabolism back to a regular rate.


  2. lol dnt listen to her unless you want cellulite!!!! work out 5 times a week for 2 hrs do cardio and every day focus on a new target[arms, torso and legs] cas muscle does way more then fat! and you'll look better too!

    congrats on that one! how did you manage not to get strech marks!!!lol KUDOS!

  4. I would actually suggest working out. Muscle weighs more than fat you know.

  5. eat LOTS of protien and carbs

  6. eat large meals at irregular intervals, such at 3am. Go to mcdonalds and pig out on just about anything there.

  7. you can do what athletes do to put on mass they have protein drinks you can buy at nutrition stores and have more carbs from fibers , like oats, grains and cereals and lift weights they gain muscle weight  wich is heavier than fat.you don't need to slow your metabolism
