How to redirect sexual energy?

Question

ive been practicing meditation for about 11 years now (on and off). i can feel the energies within me. i can make them flow anywhere within my body i want to. but i dont know what to do with them? esp with the sexual energy? where do i redirect it to use it properly and for the benefit of spiritual development?

You don't. If you can't deal with them adequately and appropriately then you might need deliverance.

um try using it to serve other people. help an elderly person with their yardwork, go around your nieghborhood and pick up trash, paint over graffiti, go to some churches and ask what you can do to help. (a large group of  teenagers did this once when we were younger. we found a church that looked a little run down. turns out the pastor and his wife were elderly and didn't have the funds to do the up keep of the church. so we ended up getting supplies donated, and got a large enough group together to go over and paint the outside, clean up the grounds and the empty lot next to it that the church owned, and cleaned the inside and helped redo the pews. it was great, and we felt great!) try looking into your areas for homeless shelters etc. you can call any humanitarian effort and ask what they need help with. they never turn down help. :)

You could try storing your energy within a crystal for future use.  You can also redirect the energy toward a goal you are trying to accomplish.  Visualize your goal and see yourself achieving it.  Then feel your energy (it doesn't matter what kind) and mentally 'direct' that energy into the intention you are holding.  This releases the energy into the universe with a particular goal in mind.  It should help put a boost into your intention.
