1. Download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (mbam-setup.exe) and save it on your Desktop.

2. After downloading, double-click on mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

3. Follow the prompts and install as “default” only

4. Before the installation completes, check on the following prompts:

- Update Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware

- Launch Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware

5. Click “Finish.” Program will run automatically and you will be prompt to update the program before doing a scan. Please update.

6. Scan your computer thoroughly.

7. When scanning is finished click on the “Show Results”

8. Make sure that all detected threats are marked, click on Remove Selected.

9. Restart your computer.

Go to control panel>>Add or remove programs

Select the name of the program and then click remove and follow the procedure.

That will be removed..

open run ,and type regedit. go to hkey_ current_ user then click on software ,look for the software  and hit remove.ps update new restore point before you remove the software if you mess something up..it will work, i done it with my virus program.

Disable system restore until your system is clean, then re-enable it.

Run your scans from safe mode. Tap F8 during boot, to get there.

Go to Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs ->Then select the program and click uninstall below that.

                   (or)

You can download an uninstall manager like Your Uninstaller Pro and u can uninstall from that.
