how can i rise my endurance? what kind of training i need to do?

whats the secret of becoming a tank?

and never give up??

  1. you need to push yourself,

    to raise your endurance you have to want it,

    [whatever it is your doing]

    work out until you physically cant do it anymore.

    the secrete to never giving up is do whatever it takes.

    and give it your all,

    for example im a catcher, softball, and in some tournaments when we have had 4 games one right after another,

    the last couple innings of the 4th game i feel like i cant do it,

    but i pull together and push through it, because if i didnt i would have let myself down.

    and proving to myself that i have it in me, is what keeps me going.

    you have to find what keeps you going.

    whether it be your team your family or just your pride in yourself,

    there is always something out there pushing you to go all in.

  2. to raise your endurance you have to train to your limit, and work the hardest you have ever worked in your life..... as for a tank, im not exactly sure what that is...
