How to serve?

im having truble serving and i dont know what im doing wrong but i cant get in down i am jumping and im doing everything right that my coach has tought me help!!!!!!

bascallly u should todd the ball above ur head

how i first learned to serve was in front of me, i didnt start out with the behind ur head, so after the toss bend your knees

an the swing your racket up an its like ur trying to push the ball out into the square...

Make sure your ball toss is in front of you. A wrong toss could completely ruin your serve. Don't take the racket back too far when you are bringing the racket up to hit the ball. Get the racket behind your head, and swing. Bend your knees and jump when you serve.
