How to shoot (wrestling)?

anyone know of a video that teaches how to properly shoot for the leg in wrestling? i'm talking folkstyle or freestyle, not WWE. thank you

which way? there are several basic types of shots (single, sweep, high crotch, duck etc.) and hundreds of ways to set up and use each of them, whats more it is almost impossible for you to get all of the information you will need out of a video, and most wrestlers take several months to develop just one decent shot. Find a coach or a wrestler to teach you, thats the only way you're going to learn it.
