How to shrink a shirt?

Question

I recently ordered my school uniform and I got a medium. It's baggy on me and I would like to know how to shrink it.

It's 60% cotton and 40% polyester.

I want to shrink it one size down. I am a tall girl so I figured a small shirt would be short on me so I got a medium.

The medium is a little baggy and the shirt ends half way on my butt.

Remember I only have 5 shirts to last the whole year so I can't ruin any of the shirts.

Wash it in warm or hot water, then dry it immediately after. That should take it down about a size.

maybe put in the dryer on high for a bit? and cant you order another shirt if this one dies...?

I would wash the shirt in hot water and dry it on the highest setting.

try washing it about 3 times in the dryer

it may shrink since it's part cotton

First you wash it in hot and then immediatly put it in the dryer on the antibacterial cycle,( or the hottest cycle on your machine.)

Wash it in hot water and throw it in the dryer using the highest setting.
