How to shrink capris?

i have too long of capris, but there too short for pants.

is there any i can do do m,ake them shorter?

anywhere i can take them?

can they be cuffed or just take them to your local tailor to have them shortened to the length you like(some dry cleaners offer this service too)

Take them to a tailor, or a dry cleaner's that has an on-duty seamstress.  Don't try to shrink them, they won't only shrink up - they will shrink in, and the seams will pucker.

Go get them hemmed. It's pretty cheap, it usually costs me $10-20 to get a pair of pants hemmed. Go to a tailor or a fabric shop which sometimes have seamstresses there. It takes maybe a week but you can usually pay a couple dollars more to get them rushed if you need them in a couple days.
