how to do the up and down singing like ah ah ah ah uh uh uh like vibrating your voice

It's called vibrato. The voice will naturally create these waves when you sing correctly. I recommend that you contact a local vocalist to demonstrate and teach you but the long and the short of it is something like this:

use lots of air support, open your mouth causing your soft pallet to raise, and sing from your diaphragm, not your throat.

Mess with it, see what you find.

vibrato...it all depends in your voice some people don't have it nataurally which is totally ok because it makes your voice unique, but if you really want train it into your voice you could ask a voice teacher or maybe choir director and they are bound to be able to help you
