I want to know how people swim UNDER the water at the bottom of he pool and stuff because it looks really cool. How do you swim without drowning or panicing?

  2. Take a breath and hold it but don't push your self it will get easier the more you practice. The easiest way to move under water is with the frog leg kick and the same arm motion. Good Luck!

  4. Well i do the thing thats like the worm and it kinda gets panicky after like 1 minute. So Dive in and  just scissor your legs and just swim

Honestly, if you don't know how to go under water at this stage, you should get some lessons.  It's better to do it when you're young.  If you feel like it'd be embarrassing to have your friends find out you have to take swimming lessons (I assume you're older if you're on here), either keep the lessons a secret.  Depending on how quickly you adapt, it can take about 25 hours of lessons to become fully confident with basic swimming abilities (but most people pick up on it quickly).  It's all about building confidence.

  7. You hold your breath, then when you can't hold it anymore you come up.
