You can control the world if you control the economy. And right now thats pretty much china.

First, get a bunch of money. Its not as much as you think, you just need a couple hundred millions or maybe just 10 millions, its hard to say. And second, go to a third world country, maybe someplace in africa, start using your money to build up a army, use your army to take over the government and then build up the econonmy, then take over the nations of africa using your superior military one by one, Once you've taken all of africa, build up its economy for a couple years until its military is powerful enough to take over other countries. Start by attacking europe and move on from there..

There will be many difficulties with these plan and it requires a decisive leader-figure who's good at rallying people and good at coercing them.  But it could be done.

This plan would be similar to how Hitler tried to take over the world, except it would be more streamlined. and with no holocaust.
