  1. Wash your hair with shampoo and rinse it out well. Then use the same amount of conditioner and apply it from the end of your hair to your scalp let it sit for a few min and wash it out. :)

  2. put some in your hand then push all your hair back with the conditioner don't rub it in cause that won't work.

    Then rinse

    dry naturaly

then your hair will be nice and smooth and shiny.

  3. put in hair.

    rinse.

  4. Squirt smaller amount than shampoo, rub/massage into hair AWAY from scalp....be sure to get your ends, wait about 3-5 minutes, then rinse. The  reason why you do not want to get your roots is because the conditioner might weigh down or de-volumize your hair, and nobody wants flat hair. lol

  5. All hair needs conditioner unless it's very short.  Choose one that is suitbale for your hair.  If you have fine hair you don't want a really thick one that will weight it down but similarly if you have thick hair you want one will some substance!

    Normal conditioner

Wash your hair and rinse.  Either towel dry or wring it out really well but be careful as hair is most delicate when wet.  If you apply conditioner to soaking wet hair it'll dilute it and not work as well.  Start off with a 10p blob of conditioner and work it the hair using a wide tooth comb.  If you have greasy roots avoid the roots.  Make sure you get it all over the hair (excluding maybe the roots but espeically the ends).  Leave for a minute or so (or however long it says on the bottle).  Gently rinse out using clean water.  When there is no conditioner left in the hair rinse with cold water to seal the cuticles in increase shine.

    Deep Conditioner

These should be applied weekly at least.  Some are applied to dry hair, others to washed hair.  If you apply it to washed hair make sure you wring out as much waster as possible.  Apply as above.  Wrap the hair in a towel/cling film and have a warm bath while it works.  Leave for as long as the bottle suggets.  The heat helps it absorb better.  Rinse as above.

  6. Leave in hair for 5 mins then rinse.

but mostly massage your hair and not the scalp when you have the conditioner in.

  7. put it in your hair like shampoo let it set for a few minutes then rinse out

  8. wash hair with shampoo, than lather with conditioner, wash out with warm water, put in conditioner in again then rinse out with a shot of cold water

    that's all!

also if its leave i conditioner towel dry hair and brush in

  9. After u rised off the shampoo u leave the conditioner on for 2 mins then rinse properly
